ACCORDING TO OUR PRESIDENT, THE JURY IS “STILL OUT” ON GLOBAL WARMING
Our local weather guys have been quite pleased to report this weekend that a cold front has moved through and cooled us down a few degrees.
Here’s a photo of the speedometer in my car this afternoon. Notice the outside air temperature reading:

yeah…my weatherbug temp was 107 earlier…gosh it is cool now at a mere 104!
We have blessed relief here in Pennsylvania. 80 degrees, sunshine, a gentle breeze…..it doesn’t get any better than this!
UGH…..and I grumbled when it got up to here the other day!!
I’m not going to gloat about our current pleasant weather in Oregon….but we did have triple digit temps a few weeks ago, including several days in June. It’s usually still raining here in June. Jury is still out, my a$$.
Thank God for people like Al Gore who is trying to bring some sense and reason to all of this. I liked his movie, An Inconvenient Truth. It wasn’t as much fire and brimstone as I expected it to be, but a lot of well thought out and well presented arguments, along with a dose of optimism.
GWB is such a tool.
Yeah, its plumb frosty here too. So cold people are passing out.
The jury is out and it’s staying out until somebody installs a freakin’ air conditioner in the jury room!
yes, I’m with you on that, heat index yesterday here was 115.. really scary!
I am feelng blessed – I have no AC as of last week and so I am glad to have mid 80s here
Fortunately for us it has cooled down in CA, we are at 90′s and the mid 90′s, which is much better than the 105 degree plus weather of two weeks ago….
Man, I didn’t know it got that hot in OK….wow. Do you get snow in the winter?

According to mass consensus, the jury is “still out” on whether the President has a brain.
However, I’m glad to hear the cool down (???) is headed my way….. I guess your weather guys are no brighter than the President.

For the last four days, the weather has actually been…pleasant. Like the summers I remember from my childhood.
I wish it would last.
It was 108 here yesterday. Much better today, as we got rain last night and it was overcast most of the day.

I think need a new car….the outside reading on my car read 70 degrees.
And I thought our 87 was hot today….it just felt hot because I had to keep chasing after my (little) kids instead of planting the 5,000 bulbs that we dug up on Saturday. (no, not really 5,000…just feels like that!)
We went inside and they chased each other.
I’m glad to see that your speedometer is at ZERO, which means that you weren’t currently driving when snapping that picture….
Its been HOT here too
but we had some rain go thru and the temp says 71* right now with a high expected of 78*….. hmmmmmmm that will be a change…. take care 
It is rare that I am greatful to be living in SC during late summer / early fall.
