LOL I hope that’s not what you’ve become as you’ve melted! Maybe you will get the relief tomorrow that we are supposed to get. I hope so!

We got cooler,: sending cool air your way:
Murfreesboro, TN 6:20pm 97 degrees, Heat Index 103.
This is getting ridiculous. For the first time ever, our pool pump has overheated and shut itself off mid-day – two days in a row. I’m praying for rain. Or snow. Snow would be good.
Can I have the Ruby Slippers? How about just for the weekend?
Doesn’t the fact that you Oklahomans now own the Seattle Sonics and Storm cheer you up?
It’s that darn heat index! Brought to you by the same people who invented the wind chill factor!
That’s one of many reasons I don’t live in Phoenix anymore.
*blows a fan in your (general) direction*
Too hot for me!
You know, I never could figure the index and the wind chill out. I mean….if it makes it FEEL like it’s that temp then it probably IS right?
Phoenix weather if I’ve ever heard of it. It’s even been hot here in San Diego, although definitely not that hot!!
York, Pennsylvania – 102 degrees, I don’t know what the heat index is, but our humidity was 93%…much like it always is. I thought the north was supposed to be COOLER?!
I’m in Stillwater….and I’ve BEEN melting…as I try to keep my precious garden alive…after 3 days of constant watering…I hate to say it but…my veggies are on their own today….otherwise I’m gonna be the one keeling over! LOL
whew… and I thought it was hot here!
Rofl.
Damn it, you forgot the second line. “All of my beautiful wickedness !!”
Sucks to be you. Have the rubber soles of your shoes been melting in the sidewalks while you walk? Or are you staying in an insulated bubble of ac?
me too.
Yep, hot here in Houston! It was worse in central Texas. I really don’t like summer!
Soooo you’re the spot in the road I ran over on my way to Tulsa!! You melted on the hot pavement.
Any good suggestions on how to stay cool this summer???? We still have August to go through.
This was our Friday. (day after yours) YUCK! And we’re in Washington! (The state, NOT the city!)
All weekend, it was hot. And today is Wednesday and it’s finally cooling down. YAY!

Boston, Mass: 72 with a heat index of … 72.
Sorry, couldn’t resist
But it’s a dry heat.
